My Backsplash is in The New York Times!

Now THAT’s a sentence I never thought I’d write!

I was so happy to be included in the New York Times article, “Telling a Story Through Tiles,” by the fantastic Steven Kurutz. Thank you! The online edition is up now, and I believe it will be in print this Thursday, 3.8.

The focus of the article is glass mosaic tiles, and let me tell you, Gentle Readers, there is some GORGEOUS work featured.

Remember when my first backsplash arrived in a million pieces? Once I hooked up with Billet Collins and we decided to use reverse-painted glass instead of porcelain, though, it was smooth sailing.
