Don’t you love it when you see something cool and then remember that it was your idea?
The other day I went to see a client I hadn’t seen in a while. As we walked through the kitchen to get to the pool house (the object of the day’s visit) I saw that the stairway down to the basement was stripey. Oh right – we did that.
It’s open; you walk right down from the kitchen. So we took some blue and green that we’d used on the main floor and the basement, added another blue, and voila.
Totally perked up the space, and tied colors from both floors together. Festive, and, well, kind of cool. (If I do say so myself.)
