No turning back now. Here are the latest pics of the entry, w/ Farrow & Ball‘s Pelt (don’t you love it?) on the walls and Minister Green* on the faux elevator. Wall fabric on the entry panel and foyer walls goes up tomorrow.
The painter, Alfredo, and I reluctantly decided that we do need to paint the ceiling in this area Farrow & Ball’s Off-Black. We’d hoped the pipes would just magically disappear once the walls were painted in the dark color, but, well, they didn’t.
Oh, what’s another $300, when you get right down to it? In for a penny, in for a pound.
*Added 3/30: The green on the elevator is primer! It WILL be Minister Green soon.
