That’s the name of the Michael Miller fabric a client recently selected for her daughter’s room. How fabulous is that? The small bedroom had been perfectly cute, actually, with different pastels on the walls and stuffed animals, books, and hair accoutrements on every horizontal surface.
But the REAL client – the one in elementary school – was ready for a change, so Bad Kitty became the starting point for the Eloise-ification of her bedroom. This is the room now:
And this is a close-up of the hilarious fabric. You have to look closely to see just how naughty this kitty is.
Decorating was a big part of this project, for sure, but Nicole Anzia of Neatnik also worked her magic with pink on pink organizational elements.
So now the room is a little more grown up, a little more sophisticated…but also a little wicked. Oooooooh – I simply adore edgy clients!
