It’s Thomas Jefferson’s fault.
And Mrs. Blandings‘. She is the brilliant blogger who today celebrates that super duper New Orleans designer, Melissa Rufty. You know, the inspiration for bossy color’s living room.
We adore Melissa Rufty’s use of white walls. But, alas, bossy color is finally coming to the conclusion that they are not appropriate for that north-facing challenge known as bossy color’s own living room.
Mrs. Blandings today hastened that realization.
So we grudgingly say goodbye to the cream walls that bossy color has enjoyed – yes, enjoyed, but not delighted in – for several months.
Here’s why Thomas Jefferson must share the blame for this decision.
