Fireplace makeover

Annie Elliott | December 6, 2010

It's COLD here. I don't know exactly when it happened, but fall seems like a distant memory now.

Benjamin Moore’s AC-31 Hot Spring Stones, I love you

Annie Elliott | November 22, 2010

It looks beige in the color wheel. I have used this color as beige before. It's pretty.

Annie Elliott | April 6, 2010

I don’t think I’ve ever had a client say to me, “You know, I’m actually ok on storage. I really don’t have that much stuff.” No matter how large or small your house is, you always want more room to stash things. Tragically, desperation can lead to unwise decisions. Exhibit A: the unfortunate louvered door …

I painted my office this weekend! Benjamin Moore’s Ice Blue

Annie Elliott | October 13, 2009

A three-day weekend loomed, and bossy color‘s world headquarters was in desperate need of an overhaul. This may be hard to follow, but stay with me… It all started with the living room drapes. Sigh. There they are, on the left. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with these drapes ever since I bought them 4 …
